MISSING PERSONS REPORT(filed by courtney April4th pretending to be Kurt's mother Wendy O'Connor)

Hoaxes and Myths
ALLEN WRENCH Stories have circulated through web sites, newsletters and chat rooms that claim a martial arts fighter by the name of Allen Wrench killed both Kurt Cobain and Eldon Hoke (aka El Duce). From the looks of things, they ran with the story of Hoke being offered $50,000 by Courtney Love to kill Kurt, simply to promote a "satanic" band called "Kill Allen Wrench". These people also tried to fool Tom Grant with their stories, but he didn't buy it since information he has yet to release on the case clearly proved them wrong. Ignore anything you might read or hear about "Allen Wrench".
KURT COBAIN CORONER PHOTO A really disturbing photo, which some pranksters claim is a photo of Kurt taken during his autopsy, has been circulated around the web. It is not Kurt in that photograph. It's a fact that Kurt's face and head were intact when he was found, since the shotgun was a lightweight Remington 20-gauge. Unfortunately, this was not the case for whoever that is in the gory photograph. Also in the fake photograph it shows an IV in the person, proving thatit is a fake. Kurt was dead why in the world would he have an IV in his arm??????
KURT IS STILL ALIVE! A theory that pops up every now and then is that Kurt "faked his own death to get away from the public spotlight". These people claim he is hiding out somewhere, waiting to make a big return like Elvis. Sadly, it's safe to say Kurt is really gone. So no, he is not living in Alaska, Puerto Rico, Russia or Courtney's basement.
KURT COBAIN AND THE ILLUMINATI I've seen this spreading around the web and guestbooks: "Evidence has come to light that the lead singer of Nirvana was a relentless foe of the Illuminati, and was killed when he came too close to the truth. In fact he went so far as to name his band after one mentioned in he "Illuminatis!" trilogy, the expose published in the mid seventies Anti-illuminati messages can be found in many Nirvana recordings, including "Smells like Teen Spirit" ("John Dillinger Died for You" can be heard when playing the record backwards)."
Ok....
Here my 2 cents on the cost of Kurts death
Kurt's death, left a child without father.
A father to cautiously watch her leave on her first day of school.
A father to rave about her first love to
A father to hold her when her heart is broken.
A father who is out of sorts because his little girl is growing up and going to the prom.
A father who beams with pride when her date arrives because he realizes his little girl is now a young lady.
A father who shows pride, and cautious optimism when his daughter graduates, and starts her new life.
Countless seconds of love that last an eternity
Regardless of the public image, of Kurt Cobain. His death cost more than can ever be paid.
NO FINGERPRINTS? According to the police report, there were no "legible" fingerprints on the shotgun (which some sources say indicate the gun had been wiped or cleaned), none on the pen found with the "suicide" note, or the box of shotgun shells found beside Kurt. How can you write a note, load up a shotgun with 3 shells, and shoot yourself without leaving any fingerprints on anything? Also, his head was nowhere near "blown off", as mistakenly reported by the press. It was fully intact and not as gruesome as people close to the situation had made it out to be to the media and friends. The Remington Model 11 shot-gun is a very light shotgun that dealers recommend for home protection, because the shot won't penetrate walls and endanger those on the other side. Sgt. Cameron admitted 2 years later that there were no markings on Kurt's hands indicating he had fired the weapon. "Yeah, there weren't any marks on his hands...Some rookie must've put that line in the police report." he said when speaking about the mistake in the police report. Tom Grant says: "I can say with confidence that there were no marks on Cobain's hands that would indicate he fired this weapon. I've had the police reports analyzed by other homicide detectives and criminalists. No one can figure out what these "marks" could have been. I can't explain further at this time, but I can tell you the authorities will never claim the marks were GS residue or soot. Some of the additional evidence I've obtained regarding these so-called "marks" cannot be disclosed until the case is reopened. If the Seattle authorities ever care to describe the "marks" in detail, I'll come forward with additional evidence that will prove those so--called "marks" did not really exist." Since things were also so neatly put away at the scene and there were no fingerprints on key objects, this seems to indicate someone "swept" it before Cobain's body was discovered. He clearly was not alone in that greenhouse.
MONEY FOR MURDER? Eldon Huke (aka "El Duce"), singer of a band called the Mentors, claimed he was offered $50,000 by Courtney Love three months earlier to kill her husband. On March 6, 1996, Hoke was administered a polygraph test by Dr. Edward Gelb, who is one of the country's leading polygraph experts. He was also teaching the advanced polygraph course for the FBI. Hoke passed a lie detector test with 99.7% certainty that he was telling the truth. Eldon Hoke briefly appeared in the Nick Broomfield "Kurt&Courtney" documentary.
On April 19th 1997, eight days after having his story filmed by Broomfield, Hoke was found dead in Riverside, California by the California Highway Police. A source described the events as "highly suspicious. He showed up at his house in Riverside with this guy who he introduced as his new friend none of his roommates had ever met before and said they were going out to the liquor store and would be back soon. He never returned. The 'friend' was never seen again and Hoke was found squashed on a railroad track, apparently hit by a train. Anybody who knew Hoke, according to his friends, knew that the best way to befriend him was to offer to buy him a drink. So the scenario is quite obvious." While Grant and others believe Hoke was offered money by Courtney and was telling the truth about that, he did not personally, nor did he know who killed Kurt. Hoke used the situation to drum up publicity for himself and for a band he apparently started called "Courtney Killed Kurt". In the end, it might have been the thing that got him killed. A popular hoax has popped up in recent years where people claim they know who killed both Cobain and Hoke. Read more detailed information about Hoke including a brief transcript of the conversation he had with Courtney Love in Eldon Hoke.

Not Suicide: Washington state gun laws are loose. Kurt's best friend, Dylan Carlson, purchased a gun for Kurt (sometime before Kurt entered rehab). Kurt escaped from the Exodus treatment Center in Marina del Ray, California on April 3, 1994. He was found, in his greenhouse dead, by the man who came to his house to install a security system on April 8, 1994. Kurt had intravenous puncture marks in both of his arms and three times the lethal dose of heroin, which turns to morphine once it enters the body, combined with Valium in his blood. However, Kurt was found with his shirt sleeves rolled down and buttoned and the heroin "equipment" was found neatly put away in a cigar box lying three feet to the right of Kurt's body. With that much morphine in his system, "it would have marked a unique event in recorded forensic medical history had Cobain then had the mental clarity and coordination to roll down and button his sleeves, carefully put away his heroin paraphernalia, then pick up and place a Remington 20-gauge semi-automatic Model 11 shotgun in his mouth and discharge it" (Andrew Amirault). Kurt's shotgun was found loaded with two more bullets. Furthermore, the shotgun, shotgun shells, and the pen used to write the "suicide note" did not have identifiable fingerprints on them. Also, handwriting experts around the world concluded that the suicide note had at least twelve major characteristics that were inconsistent with other samples of Kurt's handwriting during that same time period. Also, someone consistently tried to use Kurt's credit cards even after he was declared dead. Finally, in spring of 1998, David Grohl admitted to Howard Stern on the "Howard Stern Show" that Nirvana was about to break up. Stern wanted Grohl to state that the murder theory was ludicrous, but Grohl refused to do so. With a lethal dose of drugs in his system, how could Kurt possilbly have a clear head to put everything away, roll down his sleeve, and shoot himself? How can the Seattle Police Department (SPD) declare it suicide if there were no identifiable fingerprints on the gun or pen used to write the suicide note, and the note may not even be in his handwriting? If Kurt had intentions to commit suicide, why would he put more than one bullet in the gun? What's the deal with the credit cards? What about David Grohl's refusal to admit Kurt did commit suicide? Besides, why would he commit suicide if he loved his daughter, Frances Bean, so much? Suicide Note
Courtney Love's Motive: Kurt and Courtney had a pre-nuptual agreement which Courtney wanted. Kurt asked Rosemary Carroll, the Cobains' entertainment attorney, to draw up divorce papers and to remove Courtney from his will. Courtney heard this and asked Carroll to get the "meanest, most vicious divorce lawyer [she could] find". If they divorced before the release of Live Through This, she would only get $1 million and future child support. Courtney hired Tom Grant, Los Angeles private investigator, to find Kurt after he was missing from the Exodus Treatment Center in Marina del Ray, California. Courtney was in L.A. the week before and up to Kurt's death. Also, on April 4, 1994, the day after Kurt left the drug rehab center, Courtney told Grant she called in a missing persons report to the SPD claiming to be Kurt's mother, Wendy O'Conner. Courtney was asked to fly up to Seattle to help find Kurt, but she said "I cant. I have business to take care of." Furthermore, rock singer, Eldon Hoke, claimed Courtney approached him right before Kurt's death and offered him $50,000 to kill Kurt. On April 19, 1997, eight days after Hoke revealed his story to Nick Broomfield, the creator of the movie Kurt & Courtney, Hoke was found dead in Riverside, California. His roommates were at his house in Riverside when he introduced to them some guy as his "new friend." Hoke and this "new friend" were going to a liquor store and would be back soon. He never returned, but was found dead and his "new friend" was never seen again. According to Hoke's friends, the best way to befriend Hoke is to buy him a drink because he was a big alcoholic. Also, Kurt turned down $9.5 million to headline Lollapalooza '94, and Courtney constantly expressed her anger in front of many people. In fact, the day after Kurt's death, Courtney gave an interview to Tabitha Soren of MTV. Finally, Courtney said that Antonio Terry, a Seattle Narcotics Department Detective, might have more information. On June 4, 1994, two months after Kurt was found dead, Terry became the first SPD officer in nine years to be murdered. In the book Queen of Noise, a biography of Courtney Love, by Melissa Rossi, Courtney quotes that she felt "responsible for his [dectective's] death". If Courtney was so concerned about Kurt missing, why wouldn't she use her own name to file the missing persons report? Why didn't she go to Seattle to find her own husband? Why are there so many deaths of people directly connected to Kurt's death if it was just a "suicide"? How could she do an interview the day after her husband, whom she loved so much, died? Why would Kurt commit suicide if he was filing for divorce and agreed to pay child support? For more info go to www.tiac.net/users/tobya/investigation.html
Courtney Love and Dylan Carlson's Conspiracy: Dylan Carlson, Kurt's best friend who said he did not consider Kurt suicidal, was asked by Courtney to go with Tom Grant to find Kurt. According to Grant, Courtney called Carlson from L.A. and said to "make sure and check the greenhouse". Carlson did not check the greenhouse nor did he mention its existence to Grant when they first checked the Cobain residence. On April 8, 1994, Carlson and Grant heard on the radio that Kurt's body had been found in the greenhouse. Grant said that Carlson showed "no reaction". So Grant asked Carlson why they never looked in the greenhouse. Carlson replied by stating that it was "just a dirty gross little room" where Kurt and Courtney "[kept] lumber in there or something". It turns out that the room measures 19'x23'!! [That's not a small room.] Finally, in a May 11, 1994 article in The Seattle Times, Dylan Carlson stated that he did not even know that there was a greenhouse on the Cobains' residence. Why would Courtney tell Carlson specifically to check the greenhouse? How could he not know his best friend's house had a greenhouse, especially after being told to check it? If he didn't know about it, how come he had "no reaction"? Why does he tell Grant one thing and then change the story? Was he afraid of being the next target?
David Grohl's Ambition: Foo Fighter's self-titled debut album was released in 1995, the following year of Kurt's death, on Roswell Records. In the credits, the date of recording is October 17 - 23, 1994. Kurt's death is on April 4, 1994. Dave Grohl recorded all the parts himself for the debut album. The question is why did Dave feel a need to put the recording date? Is it possible that he actual;ly recorded Foo Fighters while Nirvana was still together and knew Kurt was going to die? Or is it possible that he killed or hired someone to kill Kurt, and put the date six months after Kurt died as a show of reverence for a cover-up? Furthermore, according to the lyrics of the song "Alone + Easy Target" on Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl is referring to himself as the alone and easy target. Or is he referring to Kurt? Also, in the song "I'll Stick Around" on the same album is rumored to refer to Courtney's relationship with Kurt. In the song, Dave says "I had no hand in your ever desperate plan." So if he recorded this album before Kurt died, then could he have known that Kurt was going to die, even though he does not think Courtney had anything to do with it? Also, if Grohl did know that Nirvana was going to break up, isn't it logical to think that he would have started recording a new album prior to Kurt's death? Why didn't David Grohl release his record with David Geffen Company (Geffen Records), the company that released Nirvana records? [Chris Novoselic's band Sweet 75 signed with Geffen.] Why would he admit on the "Howard Stern Show" that he believes Kurt could have been murdered? Lyrics
David Grohl and Courtney Love's Conspiracy: Same motives and ambitions as listed above, but Dave and Courtney possibly worked together or hired someone to kill Kurt. Courtney did personally thank David Grohl on Live Through This album, but she did not personally mention Kurt's name. [Kurt mentions Courtney's name on In Utero album.] Is it because the rumor is that Kurt wrote the songs for Live Through This? Is it possible Courtney had developed a non-sexual "conspired friendship" with David to kill Kurt?
Gavin Rossdale's Admiration: Lead singer/founder of Bush, Gavin Rossdale, has been known to mimic Kurt. He said he greatly admires Kurt. [Who doesn't?] Gavin said his song "Little Things" on Sixteen Stone album was a blueprint of "Smells Like Teen Spirit." Also, Bush's song "Greedy Fly" on Razorblade Suitcase album mimics Kurt's song [again] "Floyd the Barber" on Nirvana's debut album Bleach. Furthermore, Gavin complained about having cronic stomach pain which Kurt also had [the reason Kurt gave for shooting up heroin.] Not only did Gavin want to be Kurt, but he also wanted to "do" Courtney. He went up to her at some club, and she blew him off. Did Gavin want to be like Kurt so much that he was willing to kill Kurt? Bush became big after Kurt's death. Is it possible that Gavin killed or hired someone to kill Kurt at the right time so he could say that he admired Kurt?
Billy Corgan's Obsession: Billy Corgan, lead singer/founder of Smashing Pumpkins, and Courtney dated and she dumped him [more than once] for Kurt. Here's what happened. Courtney and Billy dated. Kurt met Courtney, Courtney dumped Billy, and Kurt and Courtney dated for a short time. Meanwhile, Billy went back to his long-term girlfriend. Then, Kurt dumped Courtney, she took Billy back, so Billy dumped his girlfriend. Then, Courtney gave Dave Grohl a heart-shaped box to give to Kurt. [Yes, the song is about Courtney.] Kurt was so touched that he took Courtney back, so Courtney dumps Billy again. Courtney gets pregnant and Kurt and Courtney get married. Meanwhile, Billy goes back to his long-term girlfriend and marries her. When Courtney wanted Billy to be a part of Celebrity Skin album, Billy divorces his wife, coincidentally, at the same time. [He must have misunderstood what Courtney wanted.] Is it possible that Billy was so obsessed or infatuated with Courtney that he killed or hired someone to kill Kurt?
United States Government's Motive: During the George Bush Administration (1988 - 1992), the "War on Drugs" proposal came into affect. More and more kids began using heavy dosages of hardcore drugs [heroin, crack/cocaine, etc.] Nirvana released their sophomore album Nevermind in 1991 and became commercialized in fall 1991 with "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Kurt's drug use became a big influence on kids since Nirvana was so big and influential at this time. Was the government possibly threatened by Kurt's influence that they would kill him? How far were they willing to go with their "War on Drugs"? Why isn't SPD investigating Kurt's death when there is substantial evidencne pointing towards homicide? Were they trying to frame or threaten Courtney? Did the government want Kurt's death to be mysterious so that it wouldn't point back to them with all these loopholes and possibilities?
Crazy Fan(s): Kurt had many, many fans. Even after his death, there were several "copycat suicides". Could any one of these fans who committed suicide have possilby killed Kurt, and then decided to take his/her/ their own life? Could they have been stalkers? Or could this crazy fan(s) still be alive today?
Jealous Artist(s) or People: Grunge hit it big with Nirvana and dominated the music scene by 1994. The big "hair bands" of the 1980s were worn out and faded away. Could a jealous artist(s) or people who like this type of music have possibly killed or hired someone to kill Kurt to get the music scene back to where it was? Even if they did with this motive, they failed, because "hair bands" are still not!! | REASONS WHY PPL THINK KURT WAS MURDERED
THE ROME INCIDENT Kurt was not a user of Rohypnol, he also didn't drink alcohol. On March 4th 1994 in Rome, when he was on the verge of leaving Courtney and the tour he was on, he was suddenly hospitalized with these substances in his body. Many believe this was the first, failed, murder attempt as both Michael DeWitt and Courtney Love were also in that hotel room in Rome. By some miracle, Kurt survived the combination of Rohypnol and Alcohol, and told everyone, including the doctors that it was not a suicide attempt. Dr. Galletta, who treated him, agreed it was just an accident. Kurt also mentioned that he could not remember what had happened to cause the coma. This is a common side effect of Rohypnol, better known as the "date rape drug" or "roofies". At the time, Rohypnol was a colorless, odorless drug which dissolves quickly into drinks, including water, and induces amnesia (loss of memory) when abused. The prescription for this drug belonged to Courtney. She was seen popping some during an interview with Select magazine in Rome on March 3rd and it's documented in the interview. Also, Tom Grant found empty packets of the prescription with her name on it when he searched the Cobain home on April 7th.
THREE TIMES A LETHAL DOSE OF HEROIN Kurt had 3 times the lethal 225 mgs dose of heroin (1.52 mgs per liter) in his blood system and intravenous puncture marks in both arms. Medical experts will tell you that such an amount, when injected directly into the bloodstream will leave you incapacitated and cause you to lapse into a coma within seconds, if not kill you instantly before the needle can even be removed from your arm. It's common for deaths of heroin overdoses to be found with the needle still sticking out of the arm. That's how quickly one lethal dose can kill a person, let alone three. Now Kurt was found with his shirt sleeves rolled down and buttoned, and his heroin works neatly put away in a cigar box lying approximately three feet to his right. The Seattle Police will have you believe Kurt injected himself with this insane triple lethal dose of heroin, pulled the needle out of his arm, carefully put away that needle and the heroin paraphernalia neatly back into a cigar box a few feet away, rolled down and button his sleeves, then picked up a Remington 20-gauge shot-gun, placed it in his mouth and discharged it. Based on other case studies, this is simply impossible.
A SECRET SECOND NOTE? Courtney produced a never-before seen second note to Seattle police, which she claims Kurt wrote in Rome during "his first suicide attempt". A police officer says it was not a suicide not, but rather a rambling and unflattering diatribe against her. Courtney admits the existance of this note in a December 1994 Rolling Stone interview, and to Tom Grant. Grant has her on tape saying that she burned it. Courtney says the second note also mentioned a divorce.
A CANCELED CREDIT CARD & FLAT TIRES There is evidence that circumstances were manipulated to prevent Kurt from using his own car and gaining access to his own money in the days leading up to his death. Courtney canceled his credit card right after he used it to purchase a flight back home to Seattle on April 1st, and according to the police report, all 4 tires of his car were flat.
No behavioural pattern of Suicide
Kurt's friends said he preparing to leave Seattle to join friends on the East coast. Kurt apparently had made plans to see one of his favorite bands who were touring the East coast at the time. He also made plans with his grandfather to go fishing. Michael Stipe, of R.E.M., says Kurt was going to visit him to work on music. They had struck up a friendship and planned to record something together. Why would someone that is about to commit suicide make these types of plans? When Tom Grant asked Kurt's best friend Dylan Carlson if he thought Cobain was suicidal, he was adamant, saying, "No. Not at all," and added that despite the major changes imminent in his life, Cobain was "pretty upbeat." Mark Lanegan (of the band Screaming Trees), another of Cobain's close friends, expressed the same sentiment to Grant, and later told reporters for Rolling Stone, "I never knew Kurt to be suicidal." In a Rolling Stone interview a few months earlier, Kurt was quoted as saying "I've never been more happier in my life". Not one of the therapists who spoke with Cobain just a few days before his death at the Exodus Treatment Center (one of the most renowned drug rehabilitation facilities in the country) considered him suicidal. Finally, Tom Grant and Rosemary Carroll had an impassioned conversation in which she exclaimed, "He wasn't suicidal, Tom. Kurt wasn't suicidal!"
BUSINESS IN LOS ANGELES? Courtney Love was in Los Angeles during the week preceding and up to Kurt's death and when asked by many to fly up to Seattle to help locate her husband, whom she had told others "had a shotgun" and was "suicidal," she replied, "I can't. I have business to take care of." When Tom Grant mentioned to Rosemary Carroll that Courtney had said she couldn't go to Seattle herself because she "had business in L.A", Carroll replied "She didn't have any business in L.A.!" While Kurt was in Seattle in supposed "suicide" mode, Love was arrested due to a 911 phone call reporting an overdose in her hotel room. Paramedics arrived and took her to the hospital before releasing her 2 hours later into police custody. She was charged with possession of a syringe and drug paraphernalia. Phone records show that the 911 call that got her arrested, originated from her own hotel room. Tom Grant believes this was Courtney's attempt to establish an alibi right before Kurt was found.
